Camera: G3X
Camera Connect App: 2.3.20.24 (buiold 967)
iOS: 12.1.1
I am able to set up the initial connection so that the iPad can connect to the camera and then I can look at images from the camera on the iPad. After looking at several photos, the connection drops and the only way to reconnect is to go through the connection process all over again. This only happens on the iPad. I can connect it to an iPhone 7+ with the same app version and iOS version and it will always stay connected.
So far I have tried the following:
- Delete app from iPad and reset the networking settings
- Clear the Wi-Fi Settings on the camera
- Clear the Mobile Device Connection Button settings on the camera
After doing all the above, I reinstall the app, reconfigure the device connection from the iPad to the camera, but the result is the same. I can connect once and see pictures for a little while, but then the connection drops and I have to go through the config process all over again.
Any other suggestions to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
