Is this a Canon OEM product? AFAIK, all the canon ones have to plug into a mains outlet. USB cannot supply enough power, which is why you cannot charge the batteries in the camera.

yes its oem, what should i do ? does it need to be connect hdmi to the pc ? and for that i need capture card or should it be okay with the software? eos i mean.

You’re correct.  It is not a Canon product.  It is similar to a product made by Tether Tools.  But, I think this one comes from a company named Andoer.  Simply put, they don’t work.

i still have same issue please help

Buy a real Canon adapter, which does not have a battery.  Your gear does not work.  Period.
