Hss on canon r with xpro c trigger is not working

Hello

i bought a godox xpro c for my sk300ii godox strobe flash 

but the hss is not working on my camera or the flash or the strobe how can i fox it

I found a way around it and it worked perfectly fine 

on the red menu page-6 turn off silent lv shoot 

And it worked i got the hss flash on my camera and i test it on 1/8000 shutter and it worked plus there’s no white or black streak
