HELP! I just purchased a R6 Mark ii / I can't get my strobes/ PocketWizard iii to work together

Is the pocketWizard iii and alien bees compatable with the Canon R6 mark ii?  I couldn't find anywhere that it was or wasn't.  I just know when I attempted photos it would flash but pure white.  I messed with the setting and it looks like a child is taking the photos.  I need help.  I might have to return camera, I can't keep buying all new items. 😞

What mode are you using on the camera, P, TV, Av, M and are you using auto iso? 

Pocketwizard won’t be able to provide automatic exposure control with the Alienbees.
