i have a canon rebel t5 and bought a sigma lense and am confused on what adapter I need help!! Please and thank you ❤️

Canon doesn't make or support Sigma lenses. You'll want to check with them to verify which adapter you need.

Each model of Sigma lenses is usually available for a variety of lens mounts, including Canon.  If you have a Sigma lens that does not fit your Canon DSLR, then you probably have a lens with the wrong mount for Canon bodies.  It is best to return it.
