EOS R6 Audio/Microphone Recommendations for Video Recording

Hi everyone!  This is my first time posting.  I want to get back into video recording for interviewing.  I'm looking to do sit down discussions with individuals.   Can you advise the best way to capture audio.

Thanks.

Probably a Lavalier Mic would be best.  Though looks like the R6 (as would most photo-centric cameras) only allows for a single track to be recorded.

So if you want to have separate microphones for each person that would be speaking, you'd need some audio device to either record those as separate tracks, or mix all the signals and send to your R6 to record as a single track.

I will use my R6.
