What is best brand CF-Express card & SD card to use with the Canon R5 Mark ii?

I appreciate everyone's help. Can you be specific as far as the size? My camera hasn't been delivered yet. It has two places. Just trying to get an idea. I shoot mostly stills, I would however like to have the most compatible  cards. Thank you

Hi, this is what I use on my R5 II
one (1) Lexar 256GB Pro 2000x SD Card UHS-II V90
one (1) Delkin Devices Black 1TB CFexpress Type B 4.0 VPG400
and a spare ProGrade 1TB Gold Series CFexpress 4.0 Type B

I only shoot stills but in my bodies (R5 Mk II and R6 Mk III) I currently use these cards. I have yet to hit the buffer on H+ but I do not hold the shutter down for extended periods.
