EF to EF drop in filter adapter?

I think this is the best solution on filters for all EF lens, don't know why canon haven't make an adapter between lens & body like EF-RF?

Again, in some types of photography, sure. In others they are still indispensable.

Clearly stated don't you think. I also did a lot of astro work as well. That is an exception although the filter minus Photoshop, or other astro dedicated software, isn't really much help.
