EF to EF drop in filter adapter?

I think this is the best solution on filters for all EF lens, don't know why canon haven't make an adapter between lens & body like EF-RF?

Depends what you're doing. For my typical photography, filters are VERY important.

No one is staying that everyone needs to use filters, but for some people they are indispensable.

For instance like what? Excluding the polarizer, as mentioned, and possibly an ND, I am curious of your "VERY important."

I do a lot of astrophotography. Filters can make or break your ability to capture certain objects.
