Greetings ,

Let us know if this is an EF or RF lens and if it's a first gen, mk II or mk III.

If you are not sure you can read the model information off the front of the lens.

What do you mean by "cleaning"? Do you mean can you send it to Canon for a cleaning?

Greetings ,

Is the lens damaged?  I cannot tell from the quality of your image.  We still need to know the exact version of your EF lens.

"What do you mean by "cleaning"?"

Or do you mean can YOU clean the lens? You certainly can wipe off the outside with a little Windex on a microfiber cloth. You can certainly clean the front element with proper lens cleaning solution and cloths made for lenses (not the Windex and microfiber cloth). Beyond that, no, you can't clean the lens. Canon can however. Call them 1 (800) 652-2666.
