Hi all, I just got a G40. I'm really happy with the quality of it especially the low light performance. I came from a Sony FDR ax53. It wasn't the worst but more like a toy. I did like the 16mp stills it took. So I'm having trouble connecting my Motorola droid turbo 2 to the G40. I installed the CameraAcces plus PIXELA CORP app. The camera wifi is connected to my phone but when I launch the app and sign in it thinks momentarily and then displays a message saying "Cannot connect to the server. Check if you can access to the Internet." Any Thoughts? Thanks in advance, Ray
SOLVED! I called Canon tec support 800-652-2666. They picked up instantly. In under 5 minute they got my wifi connected. They told me don't use an app. Instead open a browser on your phone and enter the URL displayed on your cameras screen and BAM!!
