USB Connection R800

When I plug in the USB cable to download the videos, I get a pop-up message that says "Too many photos and MP4 movies.  Disconnect the USB cable".  

How can i download the videos then???  Please advise

What Computer Operating System are you using (Windows Vista/7/8/10 or macOS 10.x)?

Are you using the most up-to-date Canon Software from our site? If not, you can update it HERE.

Are the videos stored on an SD card in the camcorder?  If yes, have you tried removing the card and using it in a card reader to transfer the videos to your computer?
