I can't find anywhere that I can download the Data Import Utility. All of the links that you have posted in the forums thus far lead only to a page from which I can download the Updater which is not the same as the Utility itself. The updater requires that you have the Data Import Utility already installed. Even Pixela's website doesn't seem to have any links to the actual utility. They also have no links to email support, and their customer support phone number seems to be constantly busy.
Plenty of the computers that people are using today (like mine) do not have optical media devices and will not be able to use the CD you bundle with your cameras, and that's only going to become more ubiquitous in the future, so I'm wondering if Canon could work out a deal with Pixela that would allow you to host the Utility yourself, or if Canon plans to create their own Utility.
