When I connect my new Vixia hfr50 to my Windows 7 x64 computer with a USB cable, I can see the internal and SD cards and Transfer Utility LE connects to it.
However, ImageBrowser and CameraWindow both report "Cannot detect Camera, Check connection to camera, then retry".
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both applications and uninstalling the CANON driver in the Device Manager, but no joy.
Any suggestions?
