HR-R20 Video won't flip when screen is rotated 180 degrees

I have been through all the menus and I can't figure out why the video is not flipping when I rotate the screen.

Help?

Hi there,

Sad to say this one does not have an option to flip the screen, it sounds like the gyroscope in the camera that senses the orientation of the screen may be stuck in one position. The camcorder may need to be opened up to fix the issue. You can being the repair process in this link.
