Hi - just bought a Legria HF G30 and love it. Now trying to upload vids to PC. On CD is utility called Data Import Utility - so installed it - works fine when camcorder connected via usb, but I have to manually run it. When I plug my Panasonic camcorder in - Windows 7 auto runs panasonic video uploader program which is nice. I want to setup the same for my Canon.
1st problem, when Canon plugs in - Windows 7 runs Panasonic software which seems unable to understand Canon files.
Canon camcorder shows on Autoplay setup page under devices when its plugged in.
Canon camcorder show in Devices abd Printers.
Camcorder does not show on taskbar.
Can anybody help?
