Can you please help stream to my phone R86

Want the Legeria R86 to stream to my phone but don't.   Also thought I can record and look on the screen and someone else look on my phone.  Please bring out firmware and software for this.  Also want to put it on TV while I film with wifi.  Go to wood turning club and all the old people cant see always so thats why I want it on TV  If there is please tell me.
