My scanner has stopped creating multiple images when I scan multiple photos at one. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and followed all the directions in the manual. Does anyone have a solution?. I am running Windows 10. FYI--this used to work.

Did you resolve this issue? I have begun having overheating issues since the last firmware update. I do not see the warning indicator come on--I just get the black screen with the overheating/shutting down message.

Thanks— i think i will be sending it in for repair. :(. changing the auto power off temperature did not change anything. I have never seen the monitor show more than 2 bars — and even at that, not before it shut off.
