Yes, but keep in mind that if want to use the flash off-camera and remotely trigger it, the 600EX-RT can be triggered either optically or via radio.
Currently Canon does not have any models with a built-in radio trigger, but your camera does have a built-in optical trigger. To use radio mode you would either need a 2nd 600EX-RT flash mounted on camera set to radio master mode to trigger the radio slave OR the Canon ST-E3-RT commander. This would be needed to use radio mode regardless of which Canon camera body you use.
