I really tried to create lighting that would highlight and showcase how much time and dedication he put into himself for his craft. He is the worlds best wrestler. The amount of persistence, determination and hard work had to be shown. Why? because that is what it takes to be the best at what you do.
If you are a photographer and you are struggling to get the image that you are seeing in your head.-keep shooting. Keep shooting new subjects, new things, new lighting until something clicks with you. Once it clicks right-your voice will develop there.
I put a book bag on him for a shot.
"Dude, you look like Donkey Kong."
He laughed and took that as a major compliment.
