imageFORMULA DR-M160 Downloaded Drivers Not Working

I have downloaded the drivers for teh DR-M160 to my Windows Surface Pro running Windows 10.  I have run them and they stated they are finished.

I have turned off the pop-ups, firewalls and VPN put the only thing being installed is the user manual.

I downloaded the ISIS/TWIAN driver dated 8/21/20.

Is your Surface Pro based on a ARM processor or Intel CPU?
