We just purchased a Canon Image Formula DR-M1060, to scan student documents and their corresponding folder. I have tried different ways to scan the manila folder, but each time I get the error that a double page is detected. Does any one have any tips on how to scan a folder that folded in half, without getting the double page error, or it getting stuck. I have tried scanning the full length of the folder with the back panel open, that is fine, but I get all the blank areas of the folder included and I don't want that. I am scanning documents into Laserfiche if that helps any.
