Wrong Driver? "imageFORMULA DR-X10C II"

Hello! I tried downloading the Windows 10 driver for scanner model: "imageFORMULA DR-X10C II Production Document Scanner"

However, I still couldn't get Capture Perfect 3.0/3.1 or the Capture On Touch PC software to recognize the scanner connected via USB. It seems to come up in Device Manager as a "Kofax" scanner under "Imaging devices." Windows Update option doesn't seem to fetch the right driver, and pointing to location of driver download files from the Canon site doesn't work either.

If I connect older scanner model "imageFORMULA DR-X10C" then it works with PC just fine. Also, I noticed the driver download page for both "imageFORMULA DR-X10C" & "imageFORMULA DR-X10C II" look the same on the Canon site, too.

Am I missing something or is the Canon site providing the incorrect drivers for the newer "imageFORMULA DR-X10C II" model?
