When i start my scanner i get a rumbling noise from the scanner and error code 5,202,52 appears. how do i fix this? Thank you,

Greetings,
OS (build and version) you are using the scanner with?
Is this a new behavior? Did the scanner ever work? Something happen or change? (Dropped, moved, etc)
Have you performed any troubleshooting?
Power cycled the device, reseated the cables, moved the connection to a different port?
The error usually indicates a communication failure. Either from damage, hardware failure or inability to communicate.
