My camera is a Canon CR-N700 PTZ.
I am trying to uninstall the auto-tracking add-on that I trialed but there option to "Delete" remains disabled despite stopping the service. I am trying to upgrade to the latest firmware (1.6.0) and it seems this add-on is preventing it from happening (my other cameras upgraded fine all of which do NOT have auto-tracking installed).
Please help me get this off of my camera.
