imagePROGRAF TC-20 can't get past "Set time" screen

Greetings,

I just purchased an ImagePROGRAF TC-20. I cant get past the set Time screen. I installed paper and INK just in case. Cannon Trouble shooting only says if ink door is open I may not be able to set the time.

Anyone know what I can do?

Okay, I just realized there was one other orange plastic shipping tab i had to remove.
