imagePROGRAF PRO-310 Error code 5100

imagePROGRAF Pro-310: While setting up the printer, I forgot to raise the print head lock before inserting the print head. Now, I'm getting "printer error code 5100" and can't get to the locking lever. How can I resolve this stupid move and get the print head installed properly? Thanks, Curt
