I've had this plotter installed on this same computer but had to reformat and reinstall windows. I downloaded the main/master file for this plotter and it runs through the setup like before; but when it's done there is not icon for it under devices and printers. There is a TC-20 in the device manager but not under printers. Did you all change the software?
