I can't print because it believes there's a jam, but there isn't. I've shaken the printer, turned it off an unplugged it, fed card stock through it, blasted it with compressed air, etc.. nothing works!
Can I disable the stupid error and continue printing? ... What are my options?
I have a customer waiting on a print ...

I called Canon, and he told me it's most likely a mechanical problem. He also told me that Canon won't sell me any parts - even a simple spring (if I disassemble myself).
That's a poor way to treat customers.
