My PIXMA PRO-100 is still under warranty, but I cannot reach any live person at Canon, so I will try my question here.
In spite of repeated "bottom plate cleaning", smudges (both on test paper and on photos) remain. The nozzle test pattern is OK. What should I do? Replace all ink cartridges?
