PIXMA PRO-100 - Color not matching screen

Hi all! I have a PRO-100 that I've had for many years. This one document I'm trying to print refuses to print correctly. (Windows 11 - Microsoft WORD). This is being printed on plain paper. I've tried the "clogged head" test page and it comes out fine. Any suggestions? This picture is a comparison taken with my phone so the quality isn't great, but you get the idea of what is happening. I am not very tech savvy, so be gentle.

I would want to

1) Check ink cartridge status from the Maintenance tab.  Again, doesn't explain the difference, just a check.  Sometimes a nearly empty cartridge will look ok on the test print.  Looks to me like cyan is the most likely one to focus on.

2) Ensure you have the latest printer driver (though I think you may have said you already did that), and any updates to the apps as well.  And your OS updates as well.  That will take a visit to Canon and the printer site, Adobe SW site, and MS site for Word.  (don't know if you said what OS but Apple or Windows Update.)

3) Try the quality and photo settings in Word and print to .pdf files to save color and ink.  You may get a perfect pdf and then not be able to print it out successfully.  That would narrow it down to the RBG to CMYK conversion as the issue (and we may already be there).  That is likely a driver problem of some kind.

4) I see an option to manually adjust the color.  You may be able to do something there that would ensure that your cyan if nothing above solves this for you.  (and added "The maintenance tab has a button to go to the Canon site and mentions some .ICC files might be there."

5) A call to Canon support would likely ask you to investigate all of the above, so best that you do that before you call, I think.
