Missing Custom Media/Paper configuration

Hi All,

I am working in windows 10. I have a Pro-1000.  Photoshop cc latest update. Priting with Canon Print Studio. 

I previosuly installed a paper profile Hahnemuhle photo rag Metallic profile and I printed a few images about 2 years ago. With all updates and on a different computer now I tried to use the same media but it is no longer available in canon print Studio > Media Type. 

When I open Media Configuration Tool > Paper Category Custom > I see "HFA PR Metallic"

I tried reinstalling the media file with the same result. 

Why I cannot choose this media in the Print Studio > Media Type ? How can I fix it ?
