Canon Pixma PRO-100 - Reds print muddy brown on disk.

I read on a another post that Canon Easy PhotoPrint EX only support RGB color but my photoshop is set to RBG color but still printing muddy brown red instead of red.  My question to Canon support is, do you have a Canon Easy PhotoPrint template that can print red color that you can send me to print as a test?  From the pciture more then half the reds are brown.

Has the printer been in use recently and functioning normally?  Have you printed a nozzle test pattern and performed a cleaning operation? 

If yes, then it might be double color management based on the photo.

I only have issue with Magenta/Red color when printing from disk tray.  If i print the same image to paper the color display is correct.  

I have same issue as post below when printing to disk tray.
