I have a little used iPF6400 that I am trying to resurrect with an updated Mac OS Ventura running on an M1 chip.
I believe that my computer does not recognize my printer. I've installed the latest driver (5.5). I'm able to add this printer to my Printers and Scanners list. When I open Options & Supplies and try to determine my supply levels, I get a message saying "information not available". Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong?
