Hello, I am extremely frustrated, and a bit at a crossroads. I have a OCE Colorwave 900 that is no longer supported with a local tech anywhere on the East Coast of the US.
I am running into two error codes on the machine:
/EmbeddedControl/SN_MediaInput - NodeConnection/Timeout
The print head seems to not be responsive at all at this point, and there is zero tech support through Canon directly, or a local tech to come out and service this. Any help is much appreciate. Thank you.

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to match you up with someone who may be able to help.
