ImagePrograf 8400 Trouble printing orange

Our printer is having issues printing orange. It looks like it's not putting out enough ink to make the orange solid. We changed both print heads and the maint cart. We are using Windows 10. Please see attached photos of the orange print and our present ink levels.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  We have several imagePROGRAF models with the number 8400 in their model name, so please let us know whether you have the imagePROGRAF iPF8400, the iPF8400S, the iPF8400SE, the W8400, or the W8400D. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
