mx850 printer says it's offline; it's not. also constantly lose wifi printing. help.

mx850 wireless printer out of the blue says it's offline when it's not.  checked all plugs, cords, settings.  ????  also, we always lose the ability to print wirelessly.  only one computer in household (and maybe sometimes from an iphone) can we print wirelessly.  always losing that darn ability, which is why we bought this printer in the first place.....to print without hooking up!  VERY frustrated.  tired of calling.  please HELP
