What is the model number of the device that is giving you the message? What is the Operating System that you are using? Are you trying to connect wirelessly, or via a cable of some type? Did it ever work, or is this new device? Please, try to help someone to help you. Try to describe your equipment, connections, and the steps required to reproduce the message.
