I cannot connect my iPhone or iPad to the Pixma mg3620 printer. Followed all instructions. Was able to join Wi-Fi canon and select my router. However, when saving the printer name never appeared and the connection failed. The orange alarm symbol lit up, which I assume means failure to set up. Any ideas on what to do? I noticed on my phone that the printer was listed under Wi-Fi but it said no internet connection. I think this is the problem, but I don’t know how to fix it.

Hi Amylb,
In this case, connecting your MG3620 to your Wi-Fi would be performed much quicker by contacting technical support via chat or phone.
To contact a Technical Support Representative via phone or chat, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG3620 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
