I am having the same problem. I understand there is connection problem. Does anybody have any suggestions? I have done all the typical reboot resync and a few others items like holding buttons 15 yellow lights but I am still having the same results. I can plug it direct into the USB and it works fine but I bought a wireless printer!

Sookyoung,
The WEP Key can be listed as inactive in the LAN details for the printer if your router is not using WEP. It is possible that your router is using WPA encryption in stead.
If you continue to have difficulties with the wireless setup, find more help at Contact Us.
