Have had Canon Pixma G6020 computer since Feb 2023 and have been having problems with connectivity for months now. The printer will not connect/print from MacBook. Finally took software off computer to start new. Now during set, it cannot complete driver installation. While "Connecting Printer to Network" it says it cannot find printer. Went through wireless connection set-up several times and connectivity was always present. Mobile Hotspot shows the printer is connected. It has also become a problem to print from my phone. "This printer isn't available right now" even though the printer is on and shows up in the Hotspot settings.
