Hello, Need help for my TS3420.
My printer was connecting fine wirelessly at my earlier home.
As I moved my home, new internet provider, my printer setup terminates just before registering page.
Step 1 - searching - identifies printer - successful
Step 2 - Join Wireless network "Canon_ij_06412_TS3400series - successful
Step 3 - Printer will connect with home wifi network. - Selected YES - and selected my home network.
Step 4 - Communicating with Printer ends abruptly. Printer shows 3 BARs on printer (E), and then changes to WIFI with X mark. On phone it ends without showing my printer in "Register Printer" page showing blank. And when I select Printer cannot be found, it shows setup failed.
Attempted this on 2 iphones, mac. (cannot install Canon installation tool on my office windows laptop).
Appreciate your help
