Re-activating my Plan

I want to re-activate my plan which was canceled last week and It is asking for promo code before I can complete the reactivation.

I have searched and tried to get a promo code for that but could not,I am really getting frustrated right now.

Please can anybody help me with how to get through this

Can you tell us what plan you're referring to?  

Ink replenishment?  Do I understand you're looking for some type of price reduction?
