So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. Canon USA hasn't offered a printer with the model name "MG360" but we have offered one with a similar name in the form of the PIXMA MG3620. Please let us know if that's what you've got or if it's something else. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
