Good Afternoon.
I would really appreciate some advice on / help with solution.
- I normally print via Lightroom classic via Plug-in Extras...Canon Professional Print Layout.
- Operation system is MacOS Sequia version 15.5
- Was using version 15 but update last night to this version.
- when I opened CPPL it asked whether i wanted it to be discoverable across networks and inadvertently click don't allow.... this is where problem started.
- When sending it through Print it opens CPPL Print and Layout manager with
- Docname (PPL_2....0),
- Status - "Error - Please check the printer's operation panel or Remote UI" - There is nothing showing on the Operational panel & not sure/ able to log into remote UI
- The printer does connect to PC via wifi and i can print directly from light room (not using plug-in)
- Printer Driver is 29.1.0.0 (not Air Driver)
- I have reinstalled all drivers and problem persist.
