I just bought this printer and I'm trying to set it up but it won't connect to my wi-fi network at all. it's a TS3522.

Greetings,
The printer supports connection to a 2.4Ghz wireless broadcast that supports WPA2 AES encryption. Does your wireless network support these standards.

Yes I think it does. I just have normal WiFi. Our 2.4 and 5 GHz networks are combined into one. The support portal does not have any videos that I could find for this printer.
