I recently moved houses, and have been trying to set up my Canon TS3120 printer using easy wireless connect, so that all of our devices can print to this device over the internet. I have been attempting this using the Canon software on a windows 11 device. Prior to attempting the setup, I reset the network settings, and indeed factory reset the printer (which show up as codes 11 and 17 on the printer, respectively). Despite all of this, any time I try to perform the wireless connection setup, either through the USB cable or through the network, the error 36 code appears. The software is able to detect the printer on my network (the correct model name and serial number appear in the device selection page) but when I hit next to perform the actual network set up, I get the error code on the printer within 30 seconds. What should I do?

Hi pjf7702,
If your router has a WPS button you can try using the WPS push button method to connect your PIXMA TS3120 to your Wi-Fi. Please follow the steps on this page:
https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART169612
If your router does not have a WPS button, you can log into your router's interface using a web browser and then connect your TS3120 to your Wi-Fi using the WPS PIN code method:
https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART173490
Please refer to your router's documentation for the location of the WPS button and/or how to log into your router's interface.
