I recently moved houses, and have been trying to set up my Canon TS3120 printer using easy wireless connect, so that all of our devices can print to this device over the internet. I have been attempting this using the Canon software on a windows 11 device. Prior to attempting the setup, I reset the network settings, and indeed factory reset the printer (which show up as codes 11 and 17 on the printer, respectively). Despite all of this, any time I try to perform the wireless connection setup, either through the USB cable or through the network, the error 36 code appears. The software is able to detect the printer on my network (the correct model name and serial number appear in the device selection page) but when I hit next to perform the actual network set up, I get the error code on the printer within 30 seconds. What should I do?
