My MX470 printer had no problem on my Windows 7 computer but I bought a new Windows 10 computer. I installed the Windows 10 driver from Canon, it prints great but i can't get it to scan anymore.
It says there is no USB connection, I have made sure the connection is securely connected, but still won't scan even with the Scan Utility program. What can be done to fix this problem, besides a new printer?
Thank you for any help.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Sistersue!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MX470 series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
