PIXMA MX420 Unable to enter password; Need software support

MX420 wifi setting is not showing a screen to enter the wifi password.

Plus the application for MAC and Windows are no longer supported. 

Please let me know what is the way to fix this, thank you.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX420 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
